Shipping & returns
– If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date. for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
– Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
– SevenTwoDenim monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
For USA Orders:
We offer free Exchanges for Domestic orders and free return shipping on orders totaling $75 USD or more, after discounts are applied and not including tax.
NOTE: If your original order was over $75 and qualifies for free return shipping, you will be credited back the cost of return shipping.
For International Orders:
We are unable to process returns for orders outside the continental U.S. via our online return application. If you need a replacement, you can place a new order online or send your return to the address below. – Carefully repackage your items back into your shipping box along with your packing slip, and seal your package with packing tape. We recommend making a copy of your packing slip for your records.
– Deliver your package via your preferred shipping service. Please use a trackable/insured shipping method/carrier. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

– We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
